Hello Mr. Son Please kindly delay ETD of this 16800PCS RMA lot 11. According to company policy, all SN are out of warranty (include LED failure) will be calculated repair fee and then send sales for discussing with the customer. Please help to work with our sales Miya. After having final repair fee negotiation for the LED issue (out of warranty: two years), we can continue to return and rework RMA lot 11 process.
